Community Manager

Position Overview

As Community Manager, you will maintain and propel the community for Modo. You will be expected to execute on event details, communicate with the internal Modo team, and cultivate the culture aligned with the Modo Cultural Values. You are the party person! Planning events for families, remembering and celebrating birthdays, and keeping the spirits up around the office are on your plate. This is a part-time position.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Executing details on projects created by Chief of Staff
  • Communication with Internal Modo Team
  • Internal/External gifting
  • Event Planning – Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holidays, Office lunches, Conferences
  • People Procedures – Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Paying/organizing bills
  • Office decorating
  • Stocking/refreshing drinks and snacks
  • Organizing/stocking office supplies
  • Answering office phone
  • Promote Modo culture
  • Gifting/appreciating Modo staff

Required Experience

  • Excellent people and communication skills, both oral and written

PreferredExperience

  • Social media management
  • Graphic design experience
